I am very excited to announce that I will be training to run a 5K tomorrow! I have never ran before but I do enjoy walking and being outdoors. Walking gives me a good exercise where I feel accomplished but not so tired where I can’t do my yoga or other exercises the same day. I found a really great training program for beginner runners. And when I say beginners I mean for people that have never exercised or ran ever. It is a 9 week program and it is set up in a way that won’t leave me feeling discouraged!
